Trees

Roxie is back today with more quick to create masculine cards.
These cards are 4.25".
The envelope is A2 size which has an insert that keeps the card secure while traveling through the mail system and will not require extra postage like a square envelope.  If you need a tutorial for preparing the envelope it's on my personal blog here.

I hear so often from stampers that masculine cards are not easy for them to create, so here is one that is super fast and each image is created with a different medium.

On the left the image panel was colored with Prismacolor pencils and when you look close you'll see the image is more defined.  The trees image has solid rubber for the foliage but the pencils do a fine job of covering the black.  Colors used: 908 dark green, 909 grass green, 911 olive, 904 cerulean blue, 1023 cloud blue, 1074 French grey 70%

On the right the rubber image was colored with markers before stamping.  I use a stamp positioner in case there is a need to ink up the rubber a second time (this could depend on how wet your markers are).  This grass and sky was added with the pencils.
Stampin Up markers - Forest Foliage, Grass Green, Going Gray

Either panel could be created in less than ten minutes.  They were cut using Spellbinders Nestabilites and mounted to the card with foam pop ups.
